Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The stunning views of Loch Tay really enhanced our experience and the garden bothies provided a unique and luxurious touch. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, with some meals feeling poorly executed. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the overall service felt inconsistent, particularly during busier times. While we appreciated the ambiance and character of the place, improvements in dining would go a long way.
